I am hoping to find a battery protector IC for a single 3.2V LiFePO4 cell, but looking at the single cell battery protection ICs here, none seem appropriate.
For a single 3.2V LiFePO4 cell, these parameters are appropriate...
Over-charge detection: 3.75
Over-charge release: 3.6V
Over-discharge detection: 2.1V
Over-discharge release: 2.3V
In the datasheet for BQ297xx, there is mention of "BQ297xy" with perhaps appropriate ranges, but this is not well described, perhaps it requires custom-order?
