EV2400: not detected by bqStudio on Windows 11 laptop

Hello,

I am having an issue with getting bqStudio to recognize the EV2400 on my laptop. I am using bqStudio version 1.3.101 on a windows 11 laptop. The device shows up in device manager under the HID devices, but I can't access it in bqStudio. I've ran the same bqStudio version and same EV2400 on a different laptop and it works just fine. I only have a problem on this computer. I've tried to run the FW updater for the EV2400 but I get an error such as below: 

I've uninstalled bqStudios, restarted the computer, reinstalled bqStudio and then restarted the computer and i still have the same issue. Any help on what's going would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
