Do we have Mped LPDDR5 PMIC? I saw DDR5 PMIC in ti.com but no LPDDR5 PMIC. What's the difference between PMIC supports DDR5 and LPDDR5?

Customer's requirement is :

The last line is power on sequence.

Hi Nison,

The difference is really just the JEDEC interpretation. Out DDR5 PMIC may be able to fit the LPDDR5 application. Would you happen to know what the input votlage is for this design?

Also will there be an input source of 3V3 available?

Hi Sam,

The DDR should be LPDDR5X, which is different from LPDDR5. Can TPS53830A support LPDDR5X's power supply? Input voltage is 12V or 5V. I think there is also 3.3V standby power.
