Tool/software:
Hi,
I'm using TPS546B24A to generate 0.75V @ 12A from 12V supply in an evaluation board for an ASIC.
The issue I'm seeing is that when power on at 12V, it doesn't give the 0.75V output. In that case if I reduce the input voltage to ~11V, it starts working. If I increase the voltage back to 12V, no issue too.
Once it is up, it is working perfectly fine but not sure what is happening when I power on at 12V.
I have probed the 12V input and doesn't see any spike on it and it actually comes through TPS259261 efuse from the external power supply.
The error I'm seeing in Fusion monitor is "OVF; IOUT UC Fault"
The VIN_OV_FAULT_LIMIT is 21V only.
VOUT_OV_FAULT_LIMIT is 0.86V and VOUT_UV_FAULT_LIMIT is 0.63V, IOUT_OC_FAULT_LIMIT is 26A from the register dump.
I have used the Webench generated circuit only for the design.
Can you please check and guide to fix this.
Thanks,
