Part Number: BQ27742-G1

Tool/software:

Dear Ti colleague

After conducting battery aging tests,we conducted tests on it,Shut down,After being delivered to the customer and left to stand for 10 days for installation, it was found that the SOC had increased. The SOC at the time of shipment was 24%, but after being left to stand for 10 days, it became 28%. What is the reason for this? Looking forward to your reply,The attachment is gg fileI0298A-EVE-35V-40z50R1-2708-1bei-2mR-R00-2023-09-06.gg.csv

  • Hello,

When the gauge goes into shutdown mode, after it exits shutdown mode then any SOC reading will NOT be accurate. The battery needs to go through one discharge, relax, and charge cycle after exiting shutdown mode.
