Hello TI team,
During balancing, we observe BQ75614-Q1 stop responding to UART message. This phenomena occur only during balancing, but not always. Its occurrence is rare.
We used COMM CLEAR and read the error bits from AFE, we observe in "DEBUG_UART_RC : 0x0781" below two bits set to "1"

Can you please comment, how can we resolve this problem? Since its not occurring always, there may not be a systematic error in frame or CRC.
Whenever the error is occurring COMM CLEAR is required, but still the problem persist and then SLEEPtoACTIVE ping is required to reset the UART communication.
