Use HD3SS3220RNHR.
Problem: It's good to plug in 3.0 in the forward direction, but it won't work when plugged in the reverse direction.
1. The voltage on the CC pin is 0.89V, which will change during switching.
2. The DIR voltage for both forward and reverse switching is at a high level.
Is there a problem with analyzing the schematic diagram?

I have a couple comments on the schematic:
1. You have AC coupling capacitors on both sides of the MUX in your schematic. You need to remove one set of these capacitors or the total capacitance on the USB line will fall below the 75nF spec.
2. You also use 0.1uF capacitors on the SSRX channel, which is too low. Change these capacitors to 0.33uF:
3. The VBUS switch needs to be controlled by the ID pin on the HD3SS3220. I see you have an inverting circuit here to allow this, but is the resistor R515 NC? This would need to be populated for our CC controller to control the VBUS.
