LLC power input 380DC output 12VDC. Encountered two problems as follows：

1.When the power supply continuously outputs a short circuit, the hiccup cycle is inconsistent.


2.When the output is continuously short circuited, it suddenly occurs once. After the short circuit, the yellow channel is the output waveform, and the green channel waveform is the DS waveform of LLCMOS.
The driver is continuously running and has not entered protection. When the waveform appears, it will damage the LLCMOS

    Most likely, the signature is firmware related and you need to check the code that handles the short circuits detection and reaction. 

    However, there isn't much we can do with little information you shared. Please share the firmware and corresponding schematic if you want us to check it for you.
