I can access the schematic now. The schematic looks fine connection wise.
What is the input power source? Do you expect any transients? This is to know the need of any TVS.

We are using POE type-4 (TPS2373-4RGW) as primary input source and 48V DC input jack connector as secondary input source.
We are using protection circuit for transients near RJ45 Jack-

I am not aware of the transients for POE type 4. Can you help me understand the max voltage at the input? Or just make sure voltage does not go higher than 70V after the clamping circuit.
