Hi Team,

My customer is testing the EMC of TPS92643-Q1(4pcs/board). Now, they can pass the CEC and RE test, but failed on CEV test. The test result is shown below.

Could you please help review and give some suggestions to improve it? Many thanks.

Here comes a solution as I thought it is. So many ships have the two deviation frequency feature . Maybe I can try to make the four ships operating under different frequency. Do you agree this or have other suggestions? Thanks a lot!!!

What specifically is the CEV test? We need details to understand the testing. Do you have a specific standard you are testing to? For example, is it CISPER class 3, 4 or 5???

Do you have a higher resolution schematic, preferably .pdf? Also, is there an input filter in the design that isn't shown here? Does this design have shielding? If so, can we see it to understand how it was implemented.

Please provide us with things that you have tried in the past with results. That way we do not recommend anything you have already tried.

That is a narrow band peak at 80 MHz and may be layout dependant. If we can get complete information then we will try and give you help in solving this problem.

Can you share with us the Altium project files so we can do a layout review too? The Altium .pcb file would also be ok, but entire project is better. You don't have to post it hear if you are worried about public information, you can email it to me directly francis.houde@ti.com
