Can this IC be used for LION battery cell charging purpose. Would discharge feature cause battery cell shortage when charging is turn off by pulling enable signal low. input still present

    Hi Kadir,

    Yes the discharge function will be active when VIN is high and EN is low. This can cause the output rail (battery in your case) to discharge. You would have to add a load switch between the TPSM828303 and the battery.
