TPS25983: tps25983 vin rating 1v

Part Number: TPS25983

Tool/software:

HI Sir

we need to protect a power rail ,which vin is 1v, current is 11A

tps25983 can't support the spec, did you have any sugeestion?

    Hi Chen,

    What all protection features do the customer need. I can suggest a load switch which can work this operating condition (Vbias is needed separately). Most of the eFuses won't work as they need minimum of 2.5V as power to the device.
