( Typo or Process change?)

Delay Time : 18ns → 20ns
Delay Matching : 2ns→ 4ns
TJ : -40～140℃ → -40～150℃
Drive current/source : 4A → 3.7A

Yes, the changes associated with REV C in the datasheet are due to the PCN.

By the way, could you tell me why detail a process change would be change the delay time,.delay mating, Tj and Drive current?

Hey Kengo,

With the PCN, the process change required redesign of the driver and the target was to keep the specs as close to the pre PCN part as possible.
