TPS22950-Q1: reverse current blocking feature

Below is the simplified diagram from app note. It seems the MOSFET here is NMOS, but TPS22950-Q1 internal FET is PMOS. 

Based on the description in app note, the body diode will block the reverse current. But for PMOS of TPS22950-Q1, the body diode direction allow reverse current to flow. I am confused how PMOS work for reverse current blocking.

Hi Ethan,

Most of the eFuse don't have back-to-back (B2B) FET. Our eFuses do have RCB implementation using B2B FET. LM7310 is a eFuse derived load switch which can provide B2B FET.
