Hello,

This is out of topic. I am hobby builder and making shared project and I bumped into "SOT-89R-3, SOT-89-3R or SOT-89-3L" +3,3V 300-500mA low dropout regulator where is Vout middle.So, schematic shown 1.ADJ(GND) 2.VOUT(TAB) 3.VIN I can't find it anywhere? What I missing in this?

    Hello,

    The devices that match the closest to this are TLV709 which has a fixed 3.3V output option, however the pinout is not the same as you describe and the output current doesn't go as high. The other is LM317L which matches the pinout, however the output current is too low as well.

    Would you be able to share this schematic so I can verify which device it is showing? 

    I can also recommend alternatives that will match the specs in a package with similar thermal performance, such as TLV75533PDYDR
