BQ25723: Is there a reference design that combines ICs for protection, balance and charge of a battery?

Hi,

I'am looking for a reference design or an EVM that combines the three following functions:

* Protection
* Balance
* Charge

of a 4S LiPo battery (14.8V, 18Ah), with charge up to 10A and discharge up to 20-30A. I assume (but it might be wrong), that a gauge IC is difficult to setup for important discharge current?

I have also looked at the BQ40Z50 IC but the charge/discharge currents seem to be very low.
