In regards to the LEDs associated with the BQ40Z50 IC which LED's will light up or correspond to varying charge status levels?

Hi Joe,

If the device is properly configured for the LED to represent the charge state, the LEDs should correspond to the thresholds configured below:

Thank you for the response.

To ensure that I understand the table correctly is this to say that CHG Thresh 1 through 5 need to be set within the BQ40Z50 IC? For example:

CHG Thresh 1 = 10%

CHG Thresh 2 = 30%

CHG Thresh 3 = 50%

CHG Thresh 4 = 60%

CHG Thresh 5 = 80%

And if the state of charge is 60% then the LEDs associated CHG Thresh 1 through 4 will light up?

Hi Joe,

I believe you are correct, if the charge threshold is met for the LED it should stay on, so in the case above LED1 through LED4 should be on.
