Hi, Terry,
Are you using Fusion GUI tool or your own SMBus Tool to send the command? If you use your own tool, you will need to parse data and format the command per your SMBus Tool

Hi Anne,
These pictures were from Fusion GUI. In other words, I sent the command from CSV via Fusion GUI.
Terry.
Hi, Terry,
Can you send us the script (.csv) you use?
What GUI version and what GUI tool (screenshot of GUI tool) you use?
Anne
Hi Anne,
Please check the attach.
Additional information: I can button store to RAM to NVM. But it cannot help us implement our system. My goal is help to program UCD device by own system from CSV file. I cannot use command which from CSV because it will encounter NANK.

Hi, Terry,
Can you send project file (.xml) of device? Also, can you capture screenshot of the steps of importing the .csv file?
Regards
Anne
Hi Anne,
I don't have .xml file. CSV file is from my customer.
Please check below step to import the csv file.

Hi, Terry,
Can you send the project file (.xml) of the current device you try to import the .csv to? If you use Fusion GUI, click on File menu -> Save Project As....
How many devices you have on the system? What are they?
We try to duplicate the issue you are facing here.
Anne
Hi Anne,
Please check the .xml. UCD90320 @ PMBus Address 17d Project.xml
My system has only 1 device on SMbus.
Terry
Hi, Terry,
The device is write-protected (as shown in the below screenshot when open the project file you sent) => that's why device NACK on commands. Please unlock the device using the known password, then you can import the configuration to device.
