I intend to use this Driver for driving SiC MOSFETs for our EV Charger Project.

My Q is when is the internal Miller Clamp active, whenever the Gate Voltage is below

Vclamp; irrespective of whether it is Normal Off or when DESAT is triggered?

Hi Varun,

Thanks for your interest with UCC217xx family of devices.

Miller clamp is activated only when INP is low (H to L) and also when OUT reaches the Vclmp threshold. (~2 V). But during DESAT event INP=H always, so it may not be applicable and OUT will only exercise STO not miller clamp feature.

I am curious to know what is the implementation approach for this question.
