Sorry for late reply, please refer my comments below:

1. For analog dimming, you can configure the DC register to realize it. The register address is from 0x100~0x1C5.

2. The initial output current is not equal the maximum current setting is because the default register value is not the full data. Please change the DC register from the default value 0x80 to 0xFF and change the CC register from the default value 0x40 to 0x7F and change the PWM register from the default value 0x00 to 0xFF. Then, if you configure the MC bit, you will get the same value as you configured.

we are able to get the desired results there is one more question

Is it necessary to always configure the PWM registers, before using the DC registers to control the brightness and TURN ON and OFF led through channels CS0 - CS17.
Because without configuring the PWM register value to FFh, I am not able to control the led using the DC registers.

Hi Rahul,

If you only need analog dimming for the output, I think it's yes. You must need to configure the PWM register to 0xFF first, since if the PWM value is not 0xFF. It will become PWM dimming, not analog dimming.
