Ok how many mA is your load.

Our actual load minimum current Requirement is 140mA.

Here is turn on it takes about 58us to start turning on and is fully about 90us

Here is turn off with no load (Open) to fully turn off take about 18s

Thank you for your response. I have few questions here.  

You have mentioned that 58us as starting turn on time, could you please confirm that Cout =10uF and minimum Output load current =140mA has been considered for this measurement?. And also, we need a startup time with and without load for the same. Kindly mention the top base voltage level in the waveform. Our output voltage level is 1V8.
