Do you have suggest solutions for non-automotive IR LED driver with below requirements?

1. Two series and each series with 4 IR LEDs, total 8 IR LEDs.

2. Radiant intensity：500 ~ 900 mW/sr ; Forward Voltage：0.5V ~ 2.95V

3. output current 1A at least

4. Vin:5V, Vout is around 12V
