i saw the following picture in our datasheet.

my question is whether BIST compare threshold can be configurated like DIAG_COMP_CTRL2[GPIO_THR2:0]?

Hi Jay,

In terms of BIST_PWR diagnostics, it is not possible to change the threshold of faults such as avdd_ov or dvdd_ov. However, in terms of ovuv_bist or otut_bist, you can change the threshold of ovuv/otut.

Hi Jay,

The device is able to change the LPF filter frequency if that's what you mean, as seen in the image below. However, the actual LPF and diagnostic LPF comparison does not have a configurable threshold.
