LM5176: PB Free Logo missing in the Outer Label and advise MSL level of the component

Hi Experts ,

Good Day ,

Can you please advise the MSL level of the component and check why Pb free logo missing in the outer box Label ?

In TI website parts are belongs to MSL 1 but in label it is showing MSL 2 ?

Please check and advise the required details and confirmation on the Label info .

Apart from the label info all parameters are matching with the datasheet.

Hi Manoj,

sorry for the additional delay, we are heavily investigation on that but it still is not finally settled.

Also got delayed due to the public holiday in US.

For the missing PB free logo it seems to be an issue with the relabeling in the PDC only but so far we are not sure why this happened.

I will try to give you an update of the status till end of the week again.

Hi Manoj,

sorry for the long time this investigation took.

MSL

LM5176RHFR got upgraded from MSL2 to MSL1 on 2022/7/11, while the issue lot was processed in Y2021.

Pb free logo:

The missing Pb free logo was possibly an issue with a reprint of the label and affected only this lot. You should not see it on future lots.
