I was looking in the datasheet and I think that the second 100uf capacitor is in the wrong way, I meant the positive terminal shouldnt be connected to GND. I am right?

PT04050A is a buck boost regulator. The output voltage is negative.C3 100uf capacitor is connected with the + node to ground and the negative node to -vout.
