LMG1210: 过冲和振铃问题

When I used LMG1210 to drive two MOS, I tested that the ringing of HS signal was too large, may I ask what parameters can be changed to reduce the ringing?

The overshoot of this signal is also very large

The ringing on the switch node can be reduced by increasing the gate resistance to slow down the switching edge dV/dt. A snubber circuit can also be added to the switch node to dampen ringing.

Also make sure to minimize parasitic inductance in the layout.
