I'm looking for a battery charge controller for NiMh batteries (2 or 3 cells), charging from a standard USB port (5V 900mA), and powering an IoT system either with a 4V (or 5V) voltage or directly the battery voltage.
One constraint is the sustainability of the component, a 10-year lifetime is expected.
