TPS25751: TPS25751: Sometimes the charging current is abnormally high with 5V charging

Hello,

We use TPS25751 as a PD controller in our BT audio speaker. And we have a problem with high charging current when we connect the device to the USB-A port (usually a regular USB port on a PC). During testing, our QA engineers noticed that sometimes (it happens quite rarely), the device consumes more than two amperes while it is connected to a regular SDP port. We do not know how to catch this and reproduce it. So we decided to ask a question here, maybe TI engineers will advise something. How could we catch this problem, and most importantly, is it possible to somehow prevent such cases? We use a bundle of TPS25751 + BQ25713.

    And if possible, can you collect I2C traffic between the BQ device and the TPS25751 for when this occurs?
