My customer has the following question.
I was asked to look into this part issue. Would there be a process conformance report for the LM323K-STEEL. I am looking to find the in process monitors associated with building the LM323K-STEEL Part. I presume that Hermeticity and burn in are performed but would like to confirm this and see if other testing/inprocess monitors are performed.
Would you provide this information please?
I have looked in the "quality, reliability, and packaging" tab, but it's giving me an error: not found message.
