Hello,
I developed some settings for the BQ40Z80 that were working well and then exported to a file for manufacturing to program boards. However, they are receiving the following error when importing the file:
Looking at our respective BQ Studio environments, I see that mine has a different set of configuration registers specifically in the Cell Balancing Config section. Looking at my BQ Studio, I see this:
Note that I have fields for Cell1, Cell 2-6 and Cell 7.
However, looking at that same screen in the manufacturing computer BQ Studio, we see this:
Note that they only see Cell 1 and Cell 2-7. Then the subsequent fields' values are corrupted due to (presumably) the missing field causing a misalignment in the data. What could be causing this? We are both at BQ Studio version 1.3.101 and bq40z80 chips are at the latest firmware, version 4 build 5.
