I have an additional question.
I'm planning to set R (IREF) to 560 Ω, but how much current will it consume?
It says MAX 60 mA at 640 Ω.
How can I calculate it for 560 Ω?

Hi Ryuji,

Actually, I think the current consumption is different in different conditions. I am not sure how much the current if using R(IREF) 560ohms. I think you can refer the typical value 30mA since I think 560ohms and 640ohms are about the same value.
