LM5069: The measured current limit value is lower than the typical design value.

Part Number: LM5069

Tool/software:

Hellow E2E support member,

We would like to ask you a question about LM5069-2.
We set the overcurrent detection constants below.
RSNS=4mΩ (variation 1%)
RCL1=62Ω (variation 1%)
RCL2=10Ω (variation 1%)

Current limit threshold Calculation Typical :15.97A (Max18.09-Min13.82A)

Current limit threshold measured :14.4A

The problem is that the measured current limit value is lower than the typical design value.

Please tell us the cause of this low value and how to solve it.

For example, does noise or board layout have an effect?

Best,regards,
