ULN2003AI: Abs max value of peak collector current depending on ambient temperature

Hi exparts,

The data sheet shows that the maximum collector current per channel at 25°C is 500mA. Is there any data such as the maximum collector current fluctuation depending on ambient temperature conditions?

I want to know the maximum current value in the environment of -25°C and 70°C. If you have a graph, could you show me that?

    Hiromi,

    The following graph will be of interest:

    This is at 70C, but as you can see it will be dependent on how many channels are active and what is the duty cycle of the PWM. The current capability would be higher as you go down in temperature, but with seven channels active at once it would be not likely to support >500mA.
