Do you mean TPS79133DBVT? If so, then it is the same as TPS79133DBVR, the difference is the package quantity. TPS79133DBVT was a small tape&reel (250u) which is no longer in production. While TPS79133DBVR is a large tape&reel (3ku) and is not obsolete, it is available on our site as shown below.

They have similar specs and same pinout, but the TPS79133DBVREP is a HiRel enhanced product with operating temperature range of -55C to 125C.
