TPS22996: ON pin connection.

Hello,

We are using this power switch in our design with Vin = VBias = 3.3V. 

We want the power switch to be on all the time. So, Can we connect ON1 and ON2 pins to 3.3V directly without any resistor. If yes, what will be the slew rate and rise time?

What will be the rise time and slew rate when ON1 and ON2 pins are pulled up to 3.3V through a 10KOhm pull-up separately?

I have attached the schematic for reference.

    Hello Prem,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Yes, definitely you can connect ON1 and ON2 pin with VIN pin.

    You can calculate the slew rate,rise time and slew rate contrroller resistance value from euqation-1 and equation-2 from datasheet.

    There are solved examples as well.
