Sounds like you're talking about sending in cells to get characterized for a custom ChemID.

Please reach out to your local TI office or your supporting FAE to get help on getting a custom ChemID made.

If you have any issues reply to this thread and I can help you get the cells characterized.

Dear Saleh, 

i just heard from my customer, he mentioned that i contact with technical Team of TI, arrange samples after that, then TI will update the information of LF304 in BQ Studio. 

i am not sure is it right or not. hope you advice more details.

Yes, a Ti contact that is either the from your local TI office can help or a supporting FAE assigned by TI can help. They will contact someone from our team and work with us to get your cells characterized.

do you mean our local TI Team will work with you to update ChemID of LF304 Cell in your web, and i dont need to arrange our Battery Cells for you?

Hi Max,

Sorry for the confusion.

If you know your local TI team they will work with us and to help get your cells sent to us to get characterized.

There is typically a TI office close to where you are located. If so, they can help you get the cells sent to our labs to get characterized. So, customers have assigned FAEs which are TI contacts, they can also help. 

If you do not have a local office or an FAE, then I can help get the cells sent to our labs.

One note is you need to send cells to get a custom ChemId.

To be honest, i cannot find local TI office, is it possible to share address of local TI office or the address of your office and the information of receiver? Then i could arrange cells to your lab. Thank you.
