Hi Team

We are using TPS720-Q1, VIN must not exceed VBAIS, I want to know what will happen when VIN exceed VBIAS, because in my system it may happen in power off sequence.

only leakage or damage?

    Thank you for your question.

    Please see the notes from the absolute maximum table:

    By Vin exceeding Vbias, the device could experience damage. Additionally, we cannot guarantee that the device will function outside of recommended operating conditions.
