Hi

what is the difference between FC-BC-DC and Grey Scale control.

is it FC-BC-DC for global dimming control and Grey Scale for local dimming prepose.

is FC-BC-DC control associated with any temperature control or management while dealing with local dimming(Grey scale).

  • Hi Thirumal,

Our expert is currently out of office. She will reply to you later. Thanks for your understanding.

  • Hi Thirumal

FC-BC-DC is for the initial setting: FC is for the function, BC is group current and and DC is dot correction. You can send grayscale data as brightness data for local dimming update afterwards and update at the frame rate frequency without changing initial setting.

If it's related with temperature control, you need to calibrate with external sensor.

Do you want to build a local dimming system? What's your application?
