LM3445: Excessive difference in output current

At present, during the debugging of the LM3445 scheme's 25W thyristor dimming power supply (input 85-115Vac, output 28-40V 600mA), it was found that there is a significant difference in output current under different input voltage conditions;

as following

Input 85V and output current 550ma
Input 100V and output current 610ma
Input 115V and output current 700ma
