I just found UCC21551DDWKR so what different between UCC21551CDWKR and UCC21551DDWKR?

Customer VDD is 20V. These chip are Pin2Pin?

The difference between those would be the UVLO levels.

The letter (A, B, C, D) corresponds to the device's UVLO value which determines the recommended minimum VDD supply voltage value.

Other than this, there are no other differences.
