TPS62A01A: Loop response calculation based on the excel sheet

I'm not aware of an Excel sheet for calculating the phase margin. But you could use WEBENCH® simulation tool at the bottom of the product page to simulate the Bode Plot for TPS62A01A and determining the phase margin.
