Hi Team
As per below images we have found that RθJA value in datasheet is showing 92.6°C/W but in WEBENCH is showing 63.9°C/W, which one we need to consider and why it was different??
Thanks in advance,
Regards

Hello Haritha,
thanks for reaching out in E2E.
The highlighted RθJA value in datasheet is determined according to JEDEC 51-7 and is intended as a standard method to compare the performance of different packages or devices as described in this Application Note: "Semiconductor and IC Package Thermal Metrics".
The value in WEBENCH® is estimated when the device is assembled to the suggested PCB layout.
In the datasheet you can also find the RθJA value of 64.3 °C/W when the EVM is used.
I would suggest to consider the RθJA value which comes closest to your design and layout. For example if you plan to follow the layout recommendation of the EVM then you could consider the corresponding RθJA value.
Best regards,
Andreas.
