2.7/2.9v/3v is the max value for ULN2003, how about the Min & type?

Hi Alex,

What this specification means is that at least 3V is needed to always turn this part on at Ic <= 300mA. So min and typical do not factor in the same way. This part will not reliably turn on with VIN = 1.8V.
