ULN2003AI: The length of ON time that should be considered 100% duty

This device is used in a circuit that performs continuous pulse operation.

At least how many sec of ON time per pulse must be used to calculate power consumption with a duty of 100%? Are there any such restrictions?

Under our conditions, the ON time per pulse is 32.5 ms. Is it necessary to consider the power consumption as 100% duty because the ON time is long at 32.5ms?

Or is it possible to consider the power consumption considering the duty of the overall operation?
