I am using the EV2300 alongside bqStudio 1.3.127 for battery testing. For some reason, I am not able to use any commands and get an error returned. "Command error sending data: Timeout or unexpected response communicating with device." It appears that unsealing works, but I cannot seal or use any other commands once unsealed. I have the necessary drivers installed, and my software is the most recent version. The end goal is to be able to read values from Data Memory, specifically Black Box and Lifetimes.
