We want to know the maximum ambient operating temperature of TLV61048DBVR. We need to meet the extended industrial temperature range of -45 deg to 100deg.
In datasheet only operating junction temperature is mentioned. We want to know the ambient temperature.

The working temperature is highly related to the layout and board coiling condition.
In datasheet, here is a standard thermal information.
This implies that when in METRIC condition, the device will rise 177.7℃ if the dissipated power is 1W.
In your condition, the acceptable temperature rise is 50℃, so the device loss is calculated to be 0.28W.
Please note that actually layout the condition will be much better than this and the thermal resistance will be lower.
For actual condition, please test the performance of based on EVM.
