We are planning to use, UCC28740QDRQ1 and UCC28730QDRQ1 in our design, But we need it to operate over a temperature range of -55 to 150degC . But as per datasheet recommended operating temp is given as -40 to 125 degC. Could you please provide if there is any qualification report available for -55 to 150degC temp range for these parts ?

    Hi Jithin,

    There is no data tested on these devices on the temperature range of -55C to 150C cause these devices are not rated for that temperature ranges. All qualified/tested data is in the range of -40C to 125C.
