Tool/software:

Based upon WBSchematicUCC28740DR.svg (attached) there is never any DRV output. The only waveform is on pin 1. Attached Vicor VI-J51_N3.pdf

    Hello,

    Pin 1 is your VDD pin and is most likely cycling between VDD(on) and VDD(off).  This would indicate that you have a fault.  It could be over current, over voltage and or over temperature.

    Please note that you most likely are getting three sample gate driver pulses at VDD(on).  If you trigger on the gate driver you will see them.

    The following link will bring you to an application note discusses the most common issues with primary fault sensing and how to resolve them.
