I've update the HW protectorImage2 successfully but after shutdown and power again, the protectorImage2 value was clear and became the previous one , it seems that the value haven't been storage , please help to confirm my calibration step and let me know how can the protectorImage be storage

Hello,

Have you previously locked the protections before attempting to write new values? Once you lock the protections, you cannot reprogram new thresholds onto the gauge.

Have you previously tried to calibrate the protections using the "Protector Threshold" tab in bqStudio?
