Tool/software:
Hello,
Is the GPCCHEM tool working right now?
I've been trying multiple time but I didn't get any email.
Here is the zip file.

Thank you,

Hello Patrick,
That error is kinda high. What chemistry of battery are you using?
Regards,
Adrian
Hello Patrick,
Can you share the datasheet for the battery you are using? I want to verify that the gpcchem tool was completed according to our specs.
Regards,
Adrian
Hello Adrian,
Of course, here is the datasheet
《EVE INR18650-35V Spec》PBRI-INR 18650 35V-D06-15-A-2023.03(1).pdf
Thanks,
Patrick
Hello Patrick,
The only discrepancy I see is that for the discharge the voltage gets down to 8139mV. For your battery pack the terminate voltage is 7500mV. I would reattempt the learning cycle but this time try to discharge down closer to 7500mV.
Regards,
Adrian
Hello Adrian,
Yes indeed it is normal, I set the cut off to 8.2V because BMS of the battery pack cuts around 8V.
I did not discharge the battery to 7.5V because of that.
However, I bought single cells for testing. Should I build a 3S or 3S2P pack without BMS to perform the optimization cycle?
Thanks,
Patrick
Hello Patrick,
Yes, it is ideal to perform the GPCCHEM tool process with bare battery cells. You should do the test with 1S cell configuration.

Adrian
